How many days in advance should I schedule my pickup?
Online reservations require at least 24 hours prior to be booked. Phone reservations can be made the same day for Indy but payment must be made to our driver in cash or our booth at the airport in cash or credit. For our Chicago O’Hare shuttle phone reservations are only acceptable if we have other reservations for the same date and time you are requesting and can only be paid in cash to the driver. We prefer to know as soon as you know so we can plan for you on the shuttle.
How do I book my ride with Lafayette Limo Inc?
Online at least 24 hours in advance for Indy or O’Hare. Indianapolis reservations can be made the same day. Chicago O’Hare reservations can be made same day only if we have prior reservations on that shuttle. We will go to Indy with 0 reservations but we will not go to O’Hare so make reservations in advance if possible.
How do I pay for my ride?
Online reservations must be paid with a credit card or debit card. Phone reservations can only be paid the day of with cash only to the driver or cash or credit at our booth at the Indianapolis Airport.
How do I cancel my pickup?
Phone reservations can be cancelled at any time because you pay when you get there so if you aren’t there you do not have to pay. Reservations made online must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be post dated for a future reservation. We have a no refund policy for online reservations so do not make the reservation if you are unsure if you are going to go.
